The Spotnicks were Sweden's answer to the Ventures with their original guitar-driven astral surf music. These four lads actually were one of Sweden's best selling groups of all time (next to ABBA) with over 20 Million albums sold worldwide. The music of the Spotnicks was guitar, bass and drum with some organ worked into a surf rock vibe with some pretty cool tunes. On some of their albums they brought in some vocals as well as is the case with "In Stockholm" which actually adds another entire dimension to their music.
